Dr. AMM Fahath is an internationally recognised author, human rights activist, and public intellectual. For over 15 years, he has dedicated his career to amplifying the voices of displaced and marginalised communities around the world.
As Executive Director of the Center for Peace Canada, Dr. Fahath leads initiatives that bridge scholarship and activism — producing research, fostering dialogue, and advocating at international forums on behalf of vulnerable populations.
His work as an External Research Affiliate at York University's Centre for Refugee Studies informs his writing and public speaking with academic rigour and lived empathy. He is the author of two published books and a frequent contributor to international media and policy discussions.
